A veil of void drapes the inside of my eyes. It mutes the music of rice paper and rainfall. I erase pieces of myself in measurements of exhalation. I wring balance out of my lungs. The pins and needles in my feet the same as phantom water drops. I trace a cherry blossom tattoo on my right hand. Plum sprig and bamboo are pushed out by concrete dreams.
I need more practice.
