Slowly curating a collection of bright cardboard. Each fading, palm-sized picture proportionately valuable to it's age. Some worth individually more than wedding rings. Quietly scavenging retirement from the hands of already-dead white-eyed zombies. There are no public safeguards against old age. Slowly nourishing a garden that blooms a paradigm shift a decade. Vineyards and orchards, to concrete and stained wood, to willow trees and weed-tending, to fallow earth. Friendships that age and die on the vine. Rain to ruin entire seasons. Stress cracks and worthless harvests. Agriculture of relationships and investments.
