My life haloed by buffer circles unti lI die. Escaping to evenings of silent splashing with otters and eagles. An elderly dragonfly makes crooked loops around uncairned stones. As the sun lays itself to sleep behind the valley hills. A palm-sized bat as an escort on a starlit trail. It's always insane to think that so much beauty goes unobserved, with no one around for miles and miles.
